Process Serving

We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way. With Eagle Eye Process Service LLC, clients know exactly what to expect - professionalism, efficiency and exceptional results.

As a member of a professional process server’s network, we can tackle any service job that you may have out of our service area or any job you may have out-of-state. We have the staff that handles these tasks, so you don’t have to. We will contact the server from our network, send them the job, stay on top of them and send you the returns once the job is done.

Routine Service

Process Server will make the FIRST attempt within 3-5 business days of receiving service of process. We will continue to make at least one attempt every 3-5 days up to 3 attempts.

Priority Service

Process Server will make the FIRST attempt the next business day after receiving service of process. We will continue to make at least one attempt every 1-2 days, up to 3 attempts.

Urgent Service

Process Server will make the FIRST attempt same day, if received by the cut off time (2pm), otherwise an attempt will be made the next day. We will continue to make at least one attempt every 1-2 days up to 3 attempts.

On Demand Service

On Demand is used when a service attempt is needed same day and the order is placed after the cut off time (2pm) or if a service needs to be attempted within a few hours. We will continue to make at least one attempt everyday up to 3 attempts.
